GMT94 - WSSP 2025 - New Mission as Data Engineer

New Mission, New Ambition !

As we look forward to the 2025 World Supersport Championship (WSSP), I am thrilled to announce my new role as Data Engineer on bike #21 with the GMT94 team. This season promises to be an exhilarating experience filled with challenges and opportunities, especially as I work alongside a remarkable crew lead by Christophe Guyot, including rider Michael Ruben Rinaldi and crew chief Andrew Pitt.

The Team and the New Yamaha R9

Joining GMT94 Team is an incredible opportunity. Rinaldi, a former Superbike driver, brings a strong riding experience to the team, while Andrew Pitt, a two-time world champion in supersport, will be guiding us with his insight. Together, we have the potential to achieve great things with our brand new Yamaha R9. The bike's promising performances set the stage for an amazing season as we aim to maximize its potential.

My Goals as Data Engineer

In my new mission, my primary goal is to ensure that bike #21 operates perfectly, enabling our team to extract the best performance possible. As Data Engineer, I will be analyzing performance metrics and gathering crucial information that can assist both the crew chief and the rider in making informed decisions. It’s vital for us to leverage data to improve our approach to racing, refine setup configurations, and enhance overall performance.

With the introduction of the Yamaha R9, this season marks a new challenge for all of us. We are not just adapting to a new bike; we are also establishing a cohesive partnership within a newly formed team. My commitment is to foster an environment where data-driven insights lead to actionable strategies, allowing us to navigate this challenge effectively.
