Exciting Beginnings with the GMT94 Team
The recent first track test with the GMT94 team in Jerez de la Frontera marked an important milestone as I embarked on this thrilling journey. Working alongside renowned crew chief Andrew Pitt and talented rider Michael Rinaldi on the new motorcycle R9 has been nothing short of exhilarating. This initial week has been filled with hard work, dedication, and a collaborative effort that has set the foundation for the season ahead.
A Productive Week at Jerez
Throughout the week, the team put in tremendous effort, gathering a wealth of useful data that will be vital for our performance in the World Supersport Championship. The atmosphere at Jerez de la Frontera was thrilling, and the collaboration among team members played a significant role in pushing forward. What impressed me the most was Rinaldi's steady progress; he consistently improved his lap times, showcasing not just skill but also his growing confidence in the R9.
Optimism for the Season Ahead
Reflecting on the time spent on the track, I feel an overwhelming sense of satisfaction having joined the GMT94 team. The combination of advanced technology, skilled personnel, and a promising rider creates a synergistic environment conducive to success. Observing the team's dynamic and witnessing Michael's continuous improvements fills me with optimism for the challenges ahead in the World Supersport Championship.
This track test was just the beginning, but the potential is unmistakable. As we continue to refine our strategies and enhance our performance, I am eager to see what lies ahead. Together with Andrew, Michael, and the entire GMT94 team, I am confident that we will make our mark this season, armed with the insights and experience gained from this first crucial track test.
